About Drew McCullough

I am fascinated by human innovation and creation.
Not just in the obvious sense of those words — but in creative and artistic ways as well. That’s where I draw inspiration from. That’s what drives me.
I’m also inspired by sports in every way imaginable. Human ability, statistics and the stories behind the athletes — I’m drawn to all of it.
The relentless nature and competitive fire in athletes and people who innovate and create are the same in my eyes. Both will do what it takes to be the greatest ever. Period.
They’re both precise and meticulous in the way they prepare for greatness — and that’s how I strive to handle my business as well. My competitive nature and rigorous work ethic push me to be the greatest I can be.
I see myself as a utility infielder when it comes to my skills. I’m a writer, editor, photographer, videographer, producer, designer and mixing engineer. In other words, I’m a multimedia storyteller. I’m amazed by people who have “changed the game” in some way and believe it’s important to share their stories with the world.
I’m currently a Content Specialist/Copywriter at SquarePlanet Presentations & Strategy. I also recently earned a Master of Sports Law & Business degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2018. Previously, I was the Online Sports Producer at the Arizona Daily Star in Tucson from January 2015 to August 2017.
I find happiness in being around my wife, making music, photography, hiking, exercising and conversation. I hope to one day “change the game” myself.
